Villa Helios is a lovely, well designed three-bedroom villa close to Fiskardo with its own private pool, surrounded by blue and green hues and boasting magnificent sea views across the Ionian sea to Ithaka, is located in the tranquil village of Matsoukata.
Nestled within the hills above Fiskardo, the quaint, low key village of Matsoukata enjoys a peaceful setting amongst olive groves and cypress trees. Situated only 2 Â kilometres away from the charming colourful, Venetian harbour of Fiskardo on the north-east coast, Matsoukata is perfectly placed to explore the many coves, bays and villages the north of Kefalonia has to offer.
The traditional hamlet of Magganos with a supermarket, cafe and couple of local tavernas is just 2km away. You will find Foki beach 1.5 km downhill, there is also a good taverna here just behind the beach. Fashionable Fiskardo with an eclectic choice of tavernas in the cobbled streets and lining the waterfront, plus shops, mini markets, café’s and bars etc. is 2 km away from the Villa.
For families traveling with little ones, we’ve got you covered. Cots and high chairs are available free of charge, ensuring a worry-free and comfortable stay. Simply add them during the booking process, and we’ll take care of the rest.

CLEANING SERVICE:
A clean and tidy house is a must for us, especially when travelling with babies and small children. With that in mind, you will have a free cleaning and towels/ sheets change every 3 days during your stay.

Standard cancellation policy:
If you cancel your booking for whatever reason 1 month or more before the arrival date the deposit cost is fully refunded. However, please note that If you cancel 1 month or less your check in date no refund will be available.
Payment:
A deposit of 30% of the total value of your stay is payable at the time of booking
The remaining balance of 70% must be paid at least 30 days prior to your arrival date.
You will receive a reminder email about 35 days before your arrival advising you on how this can be paid, if you have not already done so.
In case your arrival is before 30 days you will be charge the 100%

Unbelievably beautiful setting and the villa was 5 star. Everything exceeded our expectations. The house was spotlessly clean, the pool and views beautiful, and the location was excellent – 10 min drive to charming Fiskardo, which is the nicest village on the island. Mimi, the host was the best host I have ever encountered; I think it never took her more than 5 mins to respond to any of our questions ! I was on holiday with my partner and my two children and we can not wait to return next year.

Lovely stay, amazing scenery from villa with a fantastic pool, Fiskardo is an awesome place for relaxation.. So many beaches to explore. I would highly recommend this villa

Beautiful, well-appointed and maintained villa. It was sparkling clean as well. We spent most of our time on the stunning terrace area with the view over the sea to Ithaca.
So peaceful and yet close to our favourite villages for eating, Fiskardo and Maganos.
We were even entertained one evening by the bells of many goats being herded, passing by – magical sound.
We stayed as a couple. Thanks to Mimi and all the staff for making it such a recuperative stay.
