Villa Helios is a lovely, well designed three-bedroom villa close to Fiskardo with its own private pool, surrounded by blue and green hues and boasting magnificent sea views across the Ionian sea to Ithaka, is located in the tranquil village of Matsoukata.
Nestled within the hills above Fiskardo, the quaint, low key village of Matsoukata enjoys a peaceful setting amongst olive groves and cypress trees. Situated only 2 Â kilometres away from the charming colourful, Venetian harbour of Fiskardo on the north-east coast, Matsoukata is perfectly placed to explore the many coves, bays and villages the north of Kefalonia has to offer.
The traditional hamlet of Magganos with a supermarket, cafe and couple of local tavernas is just 2km away. You will find Foki beach 1.5 km downhill, there is also a good taverna here just behind the beach. Fashionable Fiskardo with an eclectic choice of tavernas in the cobbled streets and lining the waterfront, plus shops, mini markets, café’s and bars etc. is 2 km away from the Villa.
For families traveling with little ones, we’ve got you covered. Cot bed, high chair and toys are available free of charge, ensuring a worry-free and comfortable stay. Simply add them during the booking process, and we’ll take care of the rest.

Standard cancellation policy:
If you cancel your booking for whatever reason 1 month or more before the arrival date the deposit cost is fully refunded. However, please note that If you cancel 1 month or less your check in date no refund will be available.
Payment:
A deposit of 30% of the total value of your stay is payable at the time of booking
The remaining balance of 70% must be paid at least 30 days prior to your arrival date.
You will receive a reminder email about 35 days before your arrival advising you on how this can be paid, if you have not already done so.
In case your arrival is before 30 days you will be charge the 100%

We had a fantastic stay at this Villa. The sea view is simply stunning, the best we have ever had – it took our breath away. The villa itself was spot on – Clean, well laid out, good sized rooms, nice pool. Shutters on the windows which was a big bonus. AC in all rooms worked well. Location was excellent, 10 mins to the amazing port of Fiskardo, and what seemed like the same again to all the beaches we visited! A selection of local shops 5 mins away! We have absolutely nothing bad to say about this villa, except that we had to leave it and come home!!!

Very well equipped and clean villa. Would probably benefit with a kitchen and bathrooms refurb. Small dishwasher for a villa for 8 people. Beautiful pool and comfy loungers round the back.
Fantastic views.
A bigger sign for the Villa Helios would be beneficial too. -
We stayed at Villa Helios for 18 nights in May 2024. The villa is big with plenty of storage space for clothes etc. The kitchen has everything you need, including a nespresso coffee machine and dish washer. There is air-conditioning upstairs and downstairs.
Mimi (owner) was very helpful and always available if we needed assistance.
The highlight of this villa is the outside. The infinity pool is amazing, although cold at the time of year we visited, the views are excellent. You have perfect sea views from the upstairs balcony and all of the main terrace. Plenty of outdoor furniture; sunbeds, a dining area, deck chairs and a wonderful relax area, undercover for shade. The terrace had sun all day long.
There is parking on a private driveway with gates at the top. You do need a car for staying here.This villa is excellent for relaxation. So peaceful with only the sound of the birds and the occasional goats with bells. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.
