Standard cancellation policy:
If you cancel your booking for whatever reason 1 month or more before the arrival date the deposit cost is fully refunded. However, please note that If you cancel 1 month or less your check in date no refund will be available.
Payment:
A deposit of 30% of the total value of your stay is payable at the time of booking
The remaining balance of 70% must be paid at least 30 days prior to your arrival date.
You will receive a reminder email about 35 days before your arrival advising you on how this can be paid, if you have not already done so.
In case your arrival is before 30 days you will be charge the 100%

Wonderful spot, just a short walk to both the action of Fiskardo, and the lovely beach at Foki.
Everything we needed for our family get-together. We enjoyed lunch and dinner on the balcony, looking out to the idyllic blue waters of Fiskardo. Plenty of eating options in Fiskardo, as well as a range of swimming options close by.
Great communication and help from Mimi to make our stay exactly the holiday we were after. -
Fabulous apartment in a beautiful setting. Spacious with a great terrace overlooking the bay and walking distance to Fiskardo.
The apartment had everything you need, especially the kitchen equipment.
3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms was ideal for our adult family of 3.

A fantastic property in a great location. Really comfortable, spotless and beautifully presented. It’s right in the sea so you can keep going in and out of the sea from the rocks below all day. The living area is great the balcony is the highlight with amazing views and it is genuinely only 5-10 mins into the main port of Fiskardo

We stayed here for a week in early June. All pre-arrangements were amazing and the communication was helpful and clear. Airport transfers were arranged and advice given on local activities and restaurants. The apartment is the most amazing location with views to die for. It is fairly simply decorated but entirely adequate. A short walk into town and all the facilities you need close to hand. The only thing people will need to think about is whether they want a balcony with full sun. We were very happy to sit in semi dappled shade since it was so hot every time we went out, but if you do want full Sun you should take the Top Floor apartment run by the same people. Local beaches are pebble with gorgeous clear water and restaurants near the beach. Relaxing and easily the best part of the island. Highly recommend

Lovely apartment. Location and terrace are stunning. We spent most of our time eating on the terrace. Some rooms a little ‘lived in’ but all added to the charm, especially with the old Greek furniture and eclectic artwork. Fabulous holiday. thank you.
