The most stunning feature of this villa must be the glorious infinity pool with panoramic views across the Ionian sea to Ithaka – sunrise will be worth getting up early for during your stay, at least once.
Ideal for a relaxing break in this beautiful part of Kefalonia, the traditional hamlet of Magganos with a supermarket, cafe and couple of local tavernas is just 2km away. You will find Foki beach 1.5 km downhill, there is also a good taverna here just behind the beach. Fashionable Fiskardo with an eclectic choice of tavernas in the cobbled streets and lining the waterfront, plus shops, mini markets, café’s and bars etc. is 1.5 km away from the villa.
For families traveling with little ones, we’ve got you covered. Cots and high chairs are available free of charge, ensuring a worry-free and comfortable stay. Simply add them during the booking process, and we’ll take care of the rest.

CLEANING SERVICE:
A clean and tidy house is a must for us, especially when travelling with babies and small children. With that in mind, you will have a free cleaning and towels/ sheets change every 3 days during your stay.

Standard cancellation policy:
If you cancel your booking for whatever reason 1 month or more before the arrival date the deposit cost is fully refunded. However, please note that If you cancel 1 month or less your check in date no refund will be available.
Payment:
A deposit of 30% of the total value of your stay is payable at the time of booking
The remaining balance of 70% must be paid at least 30 days prior to your arrival date.
You will receive a reminder email about 35 days before your arrival advising you on how this can be paid, if you have not already done so.
In case your arrival is before 30 days you will be charge the 100%
