Villa Pelagos certainly knows how to make an impact – the pretty blue-shuttered property is tucked into hills thick with olive and cypress trees and overlooks the sapphire sea. You won’t be short of sea views inside the villa, particularly from the upper bedrooms. Both spacious and whitewashed, they’re spruced up with bold rugs and come with a private balcony.
Ideal for a relaxing break in this beautiful part of Kefalonia, the traditional hamlet of Manganos with a supermarket, cafe and couple of local tavernas is just 2km away. You will find Foki beach 1.5 km downhill, there is also a good taverna here just behind the beach. Fashionable Fiskardo with an eclectic choice of tavernas in the cobbled streets and lining the waterfront, plus shops, mini markets, café’s and bars etc. is 1.5 km away.

CLEANING SERVICE:
A clean and tidy house is a must for us, especially when travelling with babies and small children. With that in mind, you will have a free cleaning and towels/ sheets change every 3 days during your stay.

Standard cancellation policy:
If you cancel your booking for whatever reason 1 month or more before the arrival date the deposit cost is fully refunded. However, please note that If you cancel 1 month or less your check in date no refund will be available.
Payment:
A deposit of 30% of the total value of your stay is payable at the time of booking
The remaining balance of 70% must be paid at least 30 days prior to your arrival date.
You will receive a reminder email about 35 days before your arrival advising you on how this can be paid, if you have not already done so.
In case your arrival is before 30 days you will be charge the 100%

Absolutely fantastic views and surrounding nature. Beautiful pine forest and local goats grazing nearby. The uninterrupted view of the sea is breathtaking and the outdoor space provides lots of seating options to enjoy.
The villa and pool were very clean and comfortable and we enjoyed our stay.
The kitchen would benefit from a refresh, for example, the cooker and hob are quite old. We did a fair bit of cooking and the extractor fan did not work.
The location is perfect for visiting Fiscardo, with a short and beautiful drive past Foki Beach.
We would definitely stay here again. -
We spent two wonderful weeks in the Villa and can only praise it. Spacious rooms with breathtaking views, state of the art bathrooms and air-conditioning. The place is very private and secluded, but not isolated since there are neighbouring houses.
Only a few minutes from picturesque Foki Beach with a wonderful Taverna.
Communication with Mimi is unbeatable, she was always at hand when we needed information or support – normally within minutes. -
Booked for a family holiday – 6 adults. Stunning villa with panoramic views, gorgeous pool and well equipped. The host was helpful and responsive. Would definitely stay again!

Villa pelagos is amazing. From booking and communication with mimi, has been amazing, answering all my questions and always getting back to me on WhatsApp. This is the first time staying at kefalonia and Villa pelagos and it is fantastic. The view is everything, it’s located in a quiet area near fiskardo. You would benefit from a hire car as it is a 30 min – 1 hour drive from most attractions (argostoli, Myrtos, Sami etc). The beds are comfortable, they have working a/c & heating when it can get chilly at night. The rooms are a good size for everyone and not feel like you’re on top of eachother. Bathrooms are lovely. Supermarkets close by, we have been going to ok grocery in fiskardo. The blue shutters on the windows and doors block out the sun when you have them closed, which is great for us with kids who will wake up when the sun rises. Plenty of plug sockets. The pool lights up at night time. It’s not a heated pool but is great for hot days. very clean villa and well kept outside, and happy with the smart tv and wifi for watching movies at night.

Beautiful location and great communication. Property and furniture in need of updating and modernising as a bit dated and looking tired. But the view is fantastic.
