Standard cancellation policy:
If you cancel your booking for whatever reason 1 month or more before the arrival date the deposit cost is fully refunded. However, please note that If you cancel 1 month or less your check in date no refund will be available.
Payment:
A deposit of 30% of the total value of your stay is payable at the time of booking
The remaining balance of 70% must be paid at least 30 days prior to your arrival date.
You will receive a reminder email about 35 days before your arrival advising you on how this can be paid, if you have not already done so.
In case your arrival is before 30 days you will be charge the 100%

Fabulous villa with stunning views. Property & pool very nicely maintained with lots of of outside seating areas and two beautiful balconies. Incredibly peaceful location, only 5 mins from the wonderful Foki beach and 5 mins further on into bustling Fiskardo. A great village shop was only 5 mins drive away which had everything one needed including fresh daily bread. Mimi was super responsive when we had any questions.

We spent two wonderful weeks in the Villa and can only praise it. Spacious rooms with breathtaking views, state of the art bathrooms and air-conditioning. The place is very private and secluded, but not isolated since there are neighbouring houses.
Only a few minutes from picturesque Foki Beach with a wonderful Taverna.
Communication with Mimi is unbeatable, she was always at hand when we needed information or support – normally within minutes. -

Gorgeous, well equipped, peaceful villa with exceptional, stunning views and close to Fiskardo and the local village of Magganos which has has shops and restaurants. A great place to chill out. Great local beaches too. Mimi and her team are responsive and helpful. We took advantage of their offers to get shopping in for our arrival and their recommendation for a masseuse was super too. I was nervous because there weren’t many reviews (not surprising after the pandemic) – I needn’t have worried – it was perfect.
It’s an advantage to have a car. -
Beautiful location and great communication. Property and furniture in need of updating and modernising as a bit dated and looking tired. But the view is fantastic.
